preface

Martial artHi ! Allow me to introduce myself. I am Master "Lek" and I teach the art of traditional Thai style self-defense. Traditional Thai style self-defense is also known as "Muay Thai" !

First and foremost, we must align our entire body into the correct position as if creating a fence (or protective perimeter) around a house to keep out intruders.

Our arms and legs should be correctly positioned for the purpose of guarding the body so that we will know what to do when we get punched or kicked by an opponent.

When we are positioned in a way that allows us to block attacks easily, it means that we have obtained effective self-defense skills. Whoever masters this particular aspect of traditional Thai martial arts will be safely guarded in the best possible way.

The traditional Thai style of self-defense that I'm speaking of here is known as "Muay Thai Chaiya" which was founded by "Por Tarn Mar" of "Tung Jab Chang" temple. It is a self-defense art that is profound and circumspect. This fighting style will allow you to protect the ends of your hairs to the tips of your toes, so to speak !

And, it will allow you to execute counterattacks while... simultaneously... defending without the opponent ever knowing about it !
So I hope you all decide to undertake the study of this unique fighting art. Thank you.
